The ITN engages two labs for RNAseq analysis of ITN trial blood samples:

• Peter Linsley's group specializes in RNAseq on T1D studies. They also perform TCR repertoire studies on sorted cell populations and on single-cell, tetramer-positive, antigen-specific cells, using the Adaptive Biotechnologies analytic platform.
• Eoin McKinney's group provides a combination of whole blood transcriptomics, sorted lymphocyte population transcriptomics, and validation through functional studies.
