Due to the large volume of flow cytometry assays performed for ITN studies, we utilize two core laboratories, both of which have excellent performance on ITN standardization and QC testing, and follow best practices for data handling and transfer to ITN data managers.

• The Flow Cytometry Core run by Alan Kirk specializes in transplantation studies, with particular expertise involving donor-recipient disparities, HLA, and alloantibody detection.
• The Flow Cytometry & CyTOF Core run by Alice Long specializes in standardization of multiparameter large-scale and high-throughput flow and CyTOF from peripheral blood and tetramer assays.
