The Bioinformatics group would like to welcome Kidan Kebebe, our new .Net/SQL Programmer Analyst. Kidan comes to us from OPIS where she created desktop applications and websites. She earned her master’s degree in Computer Science in 2011, and has experience in software design and development using various technologies including C#, ASP.Net, web services, SQL and more. Her responsibilities will include supporting the Query
Management System (QMS) and the HLA application, as well as developing a new user administration tool which will allow ITN end users to directly input and maintain study and specimen configuration data in the Bioinformatics
databases without going through a system administrator for routine tasks.
