BDR's very own Winnie Felix’s last day with the ITN will be Friday, June 7th. Winnie joined the ITN February 2006, as a trial manager for the TrialNet studies. In 2008, Winnie transitioned to the transplant portfolio where she was the trial manager for TILT, AWISH, RESTARRT, FACTOR, ARTIST, Tzakis and Genzyme. In 2012, Winnie came back to her first love, the Diabetes portfolio as the trial manager for IL-2 Rapa, T1DAL and EXTEND. The past 7 years, Winnie has been very instrumental in managing all mechanistic specimen logistics for her studies, process improvement, team development and just an overall pleasure to work with.
Please join the MechOps team as we wish Winnie well in her future endeavors. She will be working for Memorial Sloan-Kettering, as a Clinical Research Manager within the Multiple Myeloma Service department, as well as returning to school where she is pursuing her MPH at NYU in the Global Institute of Public Health program.
