We are pleased to announce the addition of a new tool from the Administrative Excellence Team -- the ITN Scheduler.
ITN Scheduler will be used for recurring group meetings like the Research Forum, SRC, and Directors meetings. By using this group utility, when staff leave or change positions, meetings won’t need to be deleted and resent from a different individual’s calendar. The ITN Scheduler will be managed by the Administrative Excellence Team. This will provide back up for moving or changing scheduled meetings during absences or staff changes.
