Message From Dr. Larry Turka

December 6, 2011

On behalf of Jerry and Bill, I write to announce that effective immediately, TRPMO will report through Carol Genseal to Debs Phippard. We strongly believe that this closer collaboration will improve our internal processes and communication. Similar changes have taken place recently in the San Francisco office where Audrey Plough will head Clin-Ops within CTG, under Peter Sayre’s leadership, and we feel that model is an outstanding one for TRPMO and TADA. These two groups need to work together in all phases of our mechanistic assay mission – both design and implementation. By integrating TRPMO within TADA, yet keeping TRPMO’s operational structure intact, we expect to achieve increased efficiency as well as productivity, and foster even better alignment between them. Through Debs' reporting line to me, I will remain closely involved with this process, which I am confident will proceed smoothly.

This is going to be a very exciting time for the ITN, and we look forward to very positive results. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us should you have any questions. Communication is key and we are always at your disposal.

Larry Turka, MD
