Mitzi first joined CTG in October 2009. She has been the ITN CTG Clinical Operations Manager on a variety of trials, including most recently, the ground-breaking addition to the transplantation portfolio, ITN054ST – Swinnen. Her many accomplishments include management of the ACCLAIM trial from SMT 3 through the enrollment of the first 34 participants. While working on this multi-site trial, she was instrumental in development and implementation of a number of Process Guidelines including those for Site Selection, Site Training and Edits Database and Log. In addition she was one of the first to manage a multi-site trial with outside vendors such as ICON and NeuroRx.
Mitzi transitioned to the transplant therapeutic area in March of this year. Until we hire a replacement, I will be managing her trials, which also include FACTOR – ITN507ST (Newell), ARTIST – ITN524ST-CTOT-12 (Newell-Turka-Chandraker), and EXIIST – ITN040ST(Brennan).
